DIY photo frame

My mother was crazy about photo frames and handmade paintings. In the last 15 years, she bought photo frames from the UK, Europe and the US. Some single ones, and a lot of multi photo frame. She stored them with so much care and never used most of them because she thought they will get spoilt. Also they couldn't be used for we didn't have any empty wall to hang the frame on.

After she passed away, I took out all these multi photo frames and put old pictures into them, based on the size. But you know what, dimensions of the photographs have changed since then! 4" x 6" or 5" x 7" are custom printed.

I had new pictures developed which were not standard size. And guess what? The new pictures wouldn't fit into any of the photo frames she had purchased.

So what did I do? Used my creative head and came up with an idea to create a personalised wooden hoop that would fit her pictures - aka DIY photo frame.

Yes, I created a photo frame just to put my Mothers pictures and to pay tribute to her loving memories.
