Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We work hard to ensure that every piece you receive from The Handrafters is made with love and absolute care to ensure you are fully satisfied with the purchase. However, we understand there might be times when you need to return or exchange an item ordered online.

 

This section covers our shipping and return policies. Please ensure you have read them and agree before using our services. Any orders you place assumes you are abreast with these policies and agree to them (along with any of our other policies related to use of this website).

 

Shipping details

  • If the product is ready and in stock, order will be shipped within 3-4 days business days

  • If your order is customised or we are recreating an out of stock item specially for you, order then shipped within 1-2 weeks

  • Orders are shipped using a courier service or speed post at our discretion.

Other information

  • All invoices will be sent to the registered email address.

  • Any delays in shipment will be communicated via email or mobile. Please ensure correct details are given at time of placing the order.  

Return Policy

Orders are eligible for replacement requests in the following cases

  • In the unlikely event, if you have received a broken or damaged product. 

  • If you have received a product of a different design than the one selected by you in your order.

Replacement requests need to be raised within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please send us the order details and the product photo at thehandrafters@gmail.com. We will respond to your email within 3 working days and have the replacement shipped out as soon as possible.

 

Return details

  • We only accept returns if the product is defective or damaged and you inform us within 2 days of receiving the parcel, after which we won’t be able to process any returns.

  • All parcels for exchange or return should reach us within 14 calendar days after the parcel has been delivered to you. Failing which we reserve the right to not process any exchange or returns.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All Shipping costs will be borne by us only if the product is defective or wrong order is sent.

Important Terms & Conditions for Returns

- Actual colour of the product may slightly vary from the picture depicted on the website/instagram/facebook 

- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannnot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale
